How to Reset Your AirPods

- •Place both AirPods in their charging case and close the lid
- •Wait 30 seconds, then open the lid
- •On your device, go to Settings → Bluetooth and forget the AirPods
- •Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for 15 seconds until the status light flashes amber, then white
2AirPods Max
- •On your device, go to Settings → Bluetooth and forget AirPods Max
- •Press and hold the noise control button and Digital Crown simultaneously
- •Keep holding for about 15 seconds until the LED flashes amber, then white
- •Your AirPods Max are now reset and ready for a new owner
