Device Buyback Process
Quotes and Offers
All device valuations and quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. The final offer may differ upon physical inspection of the device. We reserve the right to adjust the offer if the device condition does not match the description provided.
Device Condition Requirements
You are responsible for accurately describing the condition of your device. Devices must:
- Be free of activation locks and password protection
- Have all personal data removed
- Be fully functional as described
- Not be reported as lost or stolen
- Be legally owned by you with the right to sell
Payment
Once we receive and inspect your device, payment will be processed according to the method you selected. Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Remove all personal data and accounts from devices before shipping
- Package devices securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse or abuse our Services
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by The BuyBack Platform LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The BuyBack Platform LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.
